2. Mediation-Most couples cannot financially afford to go through a divorce. Most divorces are unnecessarily litigious and expensive. As an attorney I represent my clients in an efficient and cost effective manner. I am a staunch opponent of unnecessarily delaying cases.  My goal is always to resolve cases as economically as possible. One way to do this is through Mediation. Mediation is a less costly and less stressful to resolve disputes between couples.  Mediation is also empowering for the parties involved as it gives the participants to ability to decide the outcome of their disputes rather than leaving it up to a Judge to decide. My approach as a Mediator is to provide a comfortable and judgment free environment for participants so I can assist them in resolving their differences in a respectful manner.

3. Collaborative approach-The collaborative process involves the spouses agreeing to resolve their disputes without going to court until all issues are resolved. Instead with the assistance of their respective lawyers they work towards reaching an agreement on all the issues and only go to court when they have reached a full settlement.  Collaborative law is also another cost effective way to resolve disputes, as it cuts down on the cost of litigation and frequent court appearances. Instead the parties are empowered to resolve their disputes outside of the courtroom.I'm a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me.
